Eligibility For B.Tech In Construction Technology & Management

Academic eligibility for admission B.Tech in Industrial Engineering and Management course is as below.

• As per the rule of Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belgaum (VTU), students who have passed class 12th or equivalent examination (with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects, along with any one of the following subjects, namely, Chemistry, Bio-Technology, Computer Science, Biology, and Electronics) with minimum 45% are eligible to apply for admission to B.Tech course in engineering colleges in Karnataka.

B.Tech Lateral Entry Admission:

• Admission to II years/ III semester Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Lateral Entry) shall be open to the candidates who are holders of a diploma or equivalent qualification as recognized by University.

Also note that interested candidates can pursue further education in M.Tech in Industrial Engineering and Management in engineering colleges in Bangalore. They also can opt for a doctoral level of the program.

Entrance Exam For B.Tech Admission in Construction Technology & Management

COMED-K ENTRANCE TEST

• Students can appear for COMED-K entrance exam to secure admission in private B.Tech colleges in Bangalore.

• The syllabus for COMED-K comprises of topics from Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics from class XII. To get acquainted with the computer based test format, the conducting body will also release official COMEDK mock tests, which is available at comedk.org site. The exam consists of 180 questions with 60 questions from each subject. Candidates will have 3 hours to complete the exam. There will be a separate paper for Mathematics and there is no negative marking.
