About JEE MAIN 2018
Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main is conducted for admission
to undergraduate engineering programmes at NITs (National Institutes of
Technology), IIITs (Indian Institutes of Information Technology) and other
centrally funded technical institutions (CFTIs) located across the country.
Many other Top Engineering colleges in India also accepts the
students admission through JEE Entrance score.
JEE Main 2018 offline (pen-paper) exam is scheduled to be
conducted on April 8 while the JEE Main online exam will be held on April 15
and 16. JEE Main 2018 registrations was started from December 1.
As on date JEE Main registration 2018 has closed. Aadhaar Card was
made mandatory for all candidates to apply for JEE Main 2018. However,
candidates from Assam, Meghalaya and J&K who do not have Aadhaar details
were required to fill their JEE Main 2018 registration form with the identity
proof. Students are advised to carefully check the eligibility criteria of JEE
Main 2018 to get admission in Top Engineering Colleges in Bangalore and across
India.

JEE
Main is one of the most sought-after B. Tech/B.E. and B.Arch/B.Plan entrance
exam of India which is attempted by more than 10 lakh candidates every year.
11,86,454 candidates had registered for the JEE Main exam conducted in 2017.
9,56,716 candidates registered for JEE Main Pen and Paper exam while 1,65,635 opted
for the computer-based online test.
