Admission Procedure

For candidates of the UG Design programs, the selection process comprises of a written examination of a Creative Ability Test (CAT)/ Creative Aptitude Test and General Ability Test (GAT), followed by a situation test to be undertaken by shortlisted candidates of the written examination.

Candidates shall be evaluated on the various parameters as listed below by a panel, in the Personal Interview:

• Aptness for the course
• Overall personal achievements in academics and co-curricular activities
• Communication
• General awareness and aptitude, creative and lateral thinking 

As per the rules of PES University, Bangalore, candidates can take Design Aptitude Test (DAT conducted at PES University campus, Bangalore or if the candidate has a qualified UCEED score, they can directly go for provisional admission by visiting the Admissions Information Centre (AIC).
